The “Wedding Day” Package is perfect for the couple who has done all of the hard work planning their wedding.  This package provides dependable and professional assistance and will insure that all of the elements of your ceremony and reception are spectacular.

• Contact information of ALL vendors to be used on your wedding day to coordinate arrivals and insure your vendors are they need to be and on time.

• Contact with all vendors prior to the event to insure they are aware of the schedule and are familiar with our staff as “day of” contacts.

• Compilation & Distribution of “Wedding Day

• Itinerary” and schedule to vendor, family, wedding party, etc.

• Attendance at your rehearsal and coordination of all elements of your ceremony.

• Coordination of flowers, décor, wedding party and ushering at your ceremony.  Include clean-up after ceremony.

• Distribution of final payments to be made on the day of.

• Set-up and coordination of centerpieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items at your reception.

•  Attendance during your reception as your personal Event Producers and reception contact to insure the event runs with ease and on schedule.

Premium Wedding Day          ( price $625.00)

The “Premium-Day Of” package is a great option for couples looking to get ALL of the benefits from our more basic package as well as some of the premium benefits from our full service package.

·        Consultations to help you create an event that is stylish, cohesive, and fabulous!

·        Budget Development and consultations.

·        Unlimited Contact during the planning months via phone & email.  Plus 3 “in person” consultations through out the planning process.

·        Coordination of all the events during your “wedding weekend”. Le: distribution of hotel gift bags, coordination of hotel information, etc.

·        Assistance with the assembly of invitations, favors, place-cards, seating charts, and other organizational needs.

·        Coordinate and communicate with parents, family and wedding party about any and all special events, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day schedule.

All Inclusive                                      (price $1200.00)

·          This package includes ALL of the additional services that are included in our “Day of and Premium” Packages.

·          Unlimited support, advisement and consultations throughout the planning process- person or via phone or email.

·          We will attend any and all appointments and consultations with various vendors.  Including but not limited to dress fittings, caterer appointments and menu tasting, reception site meetings, rental companies, cake consultations, florist, etc.

·          We will keep you within the set budget and stay on top of the various monetary elements that pertain to your wedding.

·          Coordinate and schedule meeting and appointments with vendors.

·          Review all vendor contracts and agreements.

·          We will create an informational letter for all of the members of your wedding party & family who are involved in the wedding and keep them up to speed with wedding information.

·          We will be of use to you and at your assistance as much or as little as you’d like.  You set the tone.

·          We will coordinate and carry out that vision and insure that all of your floral and design elements are as you wish on the wedding day.

·          We will provide organized and professional execution of every detail and element of the event.
